Service description
Sawn is an operations platform that helps property and facilities teams receive maintenance requests on WhatsApp, get AI-assisted classification, and dispatch technicians from one console. Available features depend on your agreement and account setup.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting credentials, and using the platform only for lawful property and maintenance operations.
You may not misuse WhatsApp, send unlawful or harmful content, attempt to breach the service, resell access without written agreement, or submit data you are not entitled to process.
Customer and resident data
When you enter customer, resident, technician, or message data, you confirm you have a lawful and contractual basis to do so and will inform data subjects as required. Sawn processes that data to operate the service under the privacy policy.
AI and accuracy
Classification, summary, and priority suggestions are assistive and may be incomplete. Final verification, dispatch, and closure remain your operations team’s responsibility in the console.
Availability and intellectual property
We aim for stable service while maintenance or temporary interruption may occur. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed unless stated in a separate written service-level agreement.
Intellectual property in the Sawn platform, brand, and software remains with Alhanouf Alghayhab. You receive a limited license to use the service during your subscription or agreed trial. You retain ownership of your content and business data.
Liability and termination
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect damages or lost opportunity arising from use, interruption, or unreviewed reliance on automated suggestions. Access may be limited or terminated for material breach or clear misuse.
You may stop using the service and request account closure through the published contact channels. Some records may be retained for compliance or audit under the privacy policy.
