If you use Sawn to run maintenance requests for your customers or residents, you are typically the controller of those people’s data, and Sawn processes it on your behalf within the service.
What data may be processed?
Depending on how you use the platform, data may include: staff account data in the console; customer, resident, and technician details (such as name, mobile number, national address, and location); building and unit data; WhatsApp message content and attachments linked to maintenance requests; and classification, assignment, status, and audit logs.
Summary, specialty, and priority may be suggested with AI tools to assist supervisors; confirmation and dispatch remain human decisions in the console.
Why is data processed?
Data is processed to run maintenance-request operations: intake, classification, dispatch, follow-up, reporting, account security, and service reliability within legal and contractual limits with you.
Sharing and retention
Your data is not sold to third parties. Limited data may be shared with infrastructure, messaging, or hosting providers needed to run Sawn under appropriate contracts and security standards, or when required by binding law.
Data is kept as long as needed to run the account, provide the service, meet legal requirements, or resolve disputes, then deleted or de-identified as records and obligations allow.
Security and your rights
Reasonable technical and organizational measures protect accounts and data, recognizing that no online system is perfectly secure.
You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing as applicable under Saudi law and your role (controller or console user). Email alhanouf@alhanoufg.com with a clear request.

This policy may be updated when the product or legal requirements change. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page; continued use of Sawn after publication means acceptance of the updated version to the extent permitted by law.
